To make an order, the Customer needs to have an active registration on the webpage. He needs to fill out the recipient’s name, phone number and address for delivery. Those details are saved to his personal profile and does not need to be filled out again.

Librik.bg has the right to decline the order if the Customer has not inserted the correct personal details or if the selected products are out of stock. In the scenario the Customer will be informed via a phone call or an e-mail.

According to the Bulgarian law 59(1) of Consumer Protection Act, in case of a scenario that the order can not be accepted due to lack of stock of the product, delays in production or import, the Customer will be informed and will be offer a similar product, brand with the same quality and price.

In the event of any change in the content, value, terms and conditions of delivery of an order, the Customer will be informed via a phone call or an e-mail that his order will not be send if he has not confirmed that he accepts the occurred changes.

Delivery terms and extra information:

•             The delivery is made via the transport company Econt (www.econt.bg) to their office in the country or to a personal address of the customer

•             The delivery takes place between 24 and 72 hours every day except Sunday and National Holidays

•             The delivery is free charge in the value is more than 99.00 BGN(leva). The delivery is 6.00 BGN if the order is up to 99.00 BGN.

•             The orders are processed every working day from 10:00 till 16:00. Saturday and Sunday are non-working days

Conditions for delivery of consignments addressed to minors

According to a decision of the Communications Regulation Commission of 21.12.2017 year

• Registered or non-registered items from minors or minors, whether requested by them or by a third party, will not be accepted from an address or office.

• Registered or non-registered items to minors are not delivered to an address or office, whether addressed to them or to a third party.

• Non-registered and registered postal items addressed to minors are handed over to their parents or guardians against documents certifying their quality: birth certificate or court decision, verifying the identity card of the representative.
