Return of goods and payment

The customer is obliged to inform "Librik" Ltd. of his intention to return the purchased goods within 14 calеndars after he has received them or to withdraw from the distance contract, stating his decision unequivocally by any means of written communication (e-mail, fax or other) within the specified period. In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer enters his account on the site www.librik.bg , selects the order menu and the tab "Return, replacement and service for products". Follows the instructions on the screen, fills in his bank details and send the product to the address Sofia, Manastirski Livadi, Elysium complex, block 176 J, . Within 3 working days, an operator contacts him to confirm and transfer the amount to the bank account replenished by the customer. The refund of amounts made with a bank card is done by ordering a reverse operation on the card with which the payment was made within 5 working days.
